The University of Haifa is establishing a network of Regional Leadership Initiatives. Drawing on experts from the Faculty of Law and the School of Political Science, the program will equip accomplished professionals with the expertise and practical judgment required for senior leadership roles in government, the judiciary, and public service.
The initiative is built around three core components:
- The Joubran Center for Democracy and Human Rights — a research hub dedicated to strengthening democratic institutions and protecting civil liberties.
- MA in International Relations with a Specialty in Regional Leadership — a graduate program designed for senior government officials and diplomats seeking to deepen strategic and policy expertise.
- The International Judges Academy — a professional platform enabling judges to engage in cross-border exchange and advanced study in comparative law.
A contribution of $10 million will enable the University to launch the three initiatives highlighted in this proposal.
