I spearhead strategic initiatives to expand blended and online learning, including establishing technological systems, developing staff training, and fostering collaborations between faculties and my team. My unit is responsible for producing high-quality online courses and designing innovative academic instructions, making education accessible to all populations. The University of Haifa is currently the national leader in its online courses, with thousands of learners from Israel and around the world.
